Admission to M. Tech first year
Candidates seeking admission to the M. Tech program are required to participate in the University Entrance Examination and Counseling conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Dr. APJAKTU). The final admission of qualified candidates will be determined through the counseling process
Eligibility for M. Tech
Candidates who have secured 60% (General) and 55% (SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in their respectiveB.Tech disciplines are eligible. Candidates seeking admission through the management quota must also qualify the PG admission test. The candidates having valid GATE/GPAT score are exempted from the written examination. Preference will be given to GATE-qualified candidates meeting the required qualifications, while CUET-qualified candidates will be considered for M.Tech. seats that remain vacant after admitting GATE-qualified candidates. Non-domiciled candidates from U.P. are eligible for admission only against general seats. All GATE-qualified candidates are entitled to a monthly stipend as per AICTE norms.
Admission to MCA first year
Through Counseling
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow will fill 85% of the total intake in MCA first year through Counseling, based on CUET entrance exam ranks, in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Government's order. For further details, please visit www.aktu.ac.in.
Candidates seeking admission to MCA programs must have a graduate degree of minimum 3-year duration in any discipline (BCA / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.A.) from a recognised institution. With Mathematics at the 10+2 level or at the Graduate Level and attained a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination
Through Management Quota
15% of the total intake seats will be directly filled through admissions to eligible candidates, as per the guidelines of Dr. APJ AKTU and the College policy.
Candidates aspiring for admission to MCA programs must possess a graduate degree of a minimum 3-year duration in any discipline (BCA / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.A.) from a recognised institution with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or at the Graduate Level and obtained a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
Admission to MBA first year
Through Counseling

Students who have been allotted a seat at JSS Academy of Technical Education–Noida through Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow counseling are advised to bring following documents for verification.
